Lets start with the premise that everything is Energy....
We are composed of energy. Minerals are energy. Plants are energy.
Humans are energy. The entire universe is made of energy.
We are energy in motion; meaning, our energy is always moving within us at different vibrational levels.
The rate of speed at which our energy vibrates is what we call Frequency.
We can't see our energy in motion because it vibrates extremely fast and we have a limited neurological system.
A limited neurological system means that we can only perceive with our eyes, very low vibrations.
For example, did you know that a movie is not a continuous image; but rather a series of slides passing by at a rate of 48 per second? This means its vibrational rate is 48.
Our bodies are composed of tissue. Tissue is composed of cells. Cells are composed of molecules. Molecules are composed of atoms. Atoms are electrons going around a nucleous; just as planets go around the sun. Electrons vibrate at millions per second; therefore, how can we possibly see electrons vibrate at this rate of speed if we can't even see 48 vibrations per second.
Did you know the distance between an electron and its nucleous is the same as the distance between the earth and the sun in scale?
This means 99.99% is space; however, there is energy in this space.
We are, therefore, energy in motion!
We are much more than just our physical body...
Our physical body is just one of the components of what we are.
We also have an emotional, mental and spiritual body.
These energy bodies are composed of higher frequencies; therefore you can't see them.
These bodies form what we know as the Aura or Auric Field and directly affect our physical body.
Universal and physical law declares higher frequency energies automatically flow to lower frequencies and bring them into balance. This means whatever happens within our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies has a direct effect on our physical health.
Most diseases are a result of the imbalances within the energy bodies...
The emotional body becomes imbalanced as a result of lower frequencies within;
such as anger, fear, sadness, resentment, guilt, shame, grief, etc.
The mental body becomes imbalanced as a result of false, limited and negative
patterns of thought within; such as ego-based thinking.
We can try to correct our physical body by adding chemicals/medicines,
however, unless the energy bodies are cleared and balanced, this will be ineffective
in the long run and could actually cause further imbalance.
A more efficient way to regain balance within the physical body is to address the root of the problem; such as mental and emotional imbalance due to the accumulation of lower frequency energies within.
Lower frequency emotions such as anger, fear, and grief will eventually become physical toxins at the celular level; producing disease. In fact, most diseases are the result of accumulation of lower frequency emotions. The more saturation of these lower frequency emotions, the more severe the disease.

Releasing of accumulated lower frequencies can be extremelly challenging. The process requires the assistance of higher frequency energy. The energy assists in the releasing process and their permanent elimination/transmutation.
The releasing process is gradual and takes place as layers of lower frequency emotions are released. Once a layer is released, it can never return; due to the transmutation process.
All we need to do is be willing to let go of lower frequencies, such as anger and resentment; allowing the higher frequencies to integrate and eliminate them.
