The current level from which a person is operating in the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies is gauged by a scale of charts that range from ( A ) to ( Z ).
( A ) representing approximately 0-50 Hz and each subsequent letter ascending in increments of 50 Hz.
( Z ) representing approximately 1300+ Hz. These letters also represent current dimensional consciousness level associated with frequency range. For instance, 500 Hz represents potential 5D patterns and programs within each energy body within the auric field.

Below are some guidelines and suggestions for the actual High Frequency Healing Session.

It is best to go into meditation with me for the complete one-hour period.
You may sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable space where there is no interruption or interference.
It is recommended to create the most energetically pure space around you during receipt of this transmission.
Please regard this time as sacred union with your own soul and the Divine.
Relax and fully surrender your open heart to Divine Grace.
Surround yourself in white/golden light and connect to and invoke your own guidance system.
Affirm your intentions for the session and place these in your heart.
Keep the arms and legs uncrossed, the body calm and the mind dissolved.
Nodding off may happen during the transmission…and this is okay.
You will still receive.
Your intentions and opening your heart to receive is very important.
Your intention to receive is what pulls the energy to you.
Whatever you experience is perfect for you.
The energy can never hurt you, you're always safe!
We recommend drinking some water after the session.
Reminders
Please keep in mind that the energy goes deeper during each subsequent day following the session. It has an accumulative effect. The fuller results can be seen in the days to follow.
Some people are more sensitive than others. Some might feel a lot and some might not feel anything. With my intention connected to yours, the energy always is in flow even if you don't feel anything during the session. It is common to start feeling the energy flow from the time you sign up for the session.
The energy benefits all aspects of your transformation including your health and relationships with those around you. Expect to release old negative emotions and patterns of thought and to begin sensing a liberating effect.
